Grader levels streets in Nueva Ejidal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas

The Los Cabos Public Services Coordination carried out cleanup and road maintenance work in the Nueva Ejidal neighborhood, in the Cabo San Lucas delegation, removing junk and debris and leveling streets with a motor grader. Residents can request this kind of service by phone at (624) 143-2786.

According to the city, crews removed accumulated material at various points in the neighborhood and graded the roads to improve travel for vehicles and pedestrians. Grading with a motor grader evens out dirt roads, which are common in the municipality's growing neighborhoods.

"The crews removed junk and accumulated debris at various points in the neighborhood," said Public Services coordinator José Ramón Sánchez Guluarte.

This kind of maintenance matters during the rainy season, when unpaved streets tend to form potholes and puddles that block passage and damage vehicles. Leveling the ground also helps water drain better and keeps it from pooling in front of homes.

To report potholes, impassable streets or garbage buildup, or to request collection, Los Cabos residents can call (624) 143-2786, giving the neighborhood and exact streets so the crew can locate the spot. Residents are also urged not to leave junk or debris on public roads, since it blocks passage and can attract pests.
